Tanya is well versed in procedural aspects of patent and trademark filing and prosecution. She coordinates the filing and prosecution of U.S., PCT and foreign patent applications as well as supports the filing and prosecution of U.S., Madrid, CTM and foreign trademark applications. Tanya also assists in patent maintenance by coordinating and filing maintenance fees and annuity fee payments for U.S. and foreign patents while maintaining our portfolio management system and collaborating with our extensive network of foreign associates worldwide. Tanya also supports client requirements by preparing ad hoc and scheduled custom reports identifying the statuses of their IP portfolios.
